Exclusions : Credit check fee and complete investigation by CORPIQ ($80), tenant insurance, appliances, electricity, internet, maintenance of interior and exterior premises, snow removal, pool maintenance, opening and closing of the pool by a professional, any damage caused by a tenant during their occupancy.
